The residence is composed of 3-storey houses fully equiped located on the edge of Beuzeval golf course. (A car is advised), at 1.8 km away from the sea, the resort centre and the shops.

The houses are equiped with kitchenette, oven or mini-oven, electric hob (2 or 4 rings), coffeemaker, bathroom or shower, balcony, area level or garden area for most apartments. There is a payable services for loan cots (for children under 2 years - subject to availability), ironing table and iron.

By road, take the motorway to Normandie (A13) towards Caen. Take the Dozulé / Cabourg exit and continue till Houlgate. Once in Houlgate, turn right (Temple Protestant) and follow road signs to Deauville / Trouville. Pass the gendarmerie (police station), the residence is located 500m further away on your left. By train, Houlgate (2km approx), Deauville/Trouville (20km). At the station, possibility to rent a car or take a taxi to the residence.

Airports of Deauville- St Gatien (25km approx). At the airport, possibility to rent a car or take a taxi to the residence, Caen-Arpiquet Airport (45km approx).

The prices do not include the Security Deposit, local tax. Accommodation must be left in perfect order, sanitisation is compulsory, cleaning charge if accommodation is not left in perfect order, electricity and water charges according to consumption or a fixed charge.
