The reception is medium in size. The main desk is opposite the front door on entry and there are seats available to the left side.
The Richmond Parkhotel is located in a calm part of Karlovy Vary on the bank of the Tepla river and is surrounded by an English-style park. In this park there are situated an original Japanese meditation garden and a lovely small pavilion with a well called Stephanie. The Richmond Hotel can be proud of its history of more than 160 years. The entire capacity of the hotel is 116 rooms, each is equipped with a satellite-TV, telephone, minibar and safe.
