Rosa Passadena is the name of a rose. The hotel is named after the rose in conjunction with the declaration of the Cameron Highlands as the Town of Roses on the 2nd of October 1989 by the Deputy Minister of Housing and Local Government. The hotel has a total of 120 rooms with 4 penthouse suites. Guests are welcomed into a lobby, and amenities at the hotel include lift access, a restaurant and conference facilities. There is a doctor-on-call in-house and a gift corner. Guests may take advantage of the hotel's room and laundry services. Those arriving by car may park their vehicles in the hotel's car park.
