This is a high-rise, utilitarian, steel and glass building dating back to the 1970s. Although it might not be considered the most attractive building on the Kiev skyline, it is certainly a landmark and difficult to miss.
The large lobby has marble flooring and dark wooden and metal fittings. There are large windows overlooking the car park and a water feature to the front of the property. The daytime bar is to the left of the entrance and the reception and bureau de change to the right. There is ample seating here in comfortable surroundings.
