Completely renovated (2007), is located in the center of Barcelona, in the heart of the Eixample neighborhood. Is located in a modernist nineteenth century building with elevator and furnished with all the comforts to make your stay. It is near the Sagrada Familia and also to a very short distance from Las Ramblas and Paseo de Gracia. It is connected to the old town. Just around the apartment, you will find bars and restaurants along Avenida Gaudí, leading to Sant Pau Hospital.

Guests must contact apartment administration prior to arriving at the apartments with a confirmed time of arrival. Please call (34)934673052, at least 24 h before scheduled arrival time. Upon arrival guests should proceed to the Boutique Barcelona B&B, at Pau Claris street 145 ent 1, to collect the keys to their apartment, directions, and a map of Barcelona. It is open 24 hours and is within walking distance of Passeig de Gracia metro. At check-in, there will be a security deposit charge by credit card pre-authorization which will be automatically cancelled after verifying the apartment's condition.
