The resort lies on the west coast of Kassandra, a privately developed contemporary ecological reserve with 405 hectares of evergreen landscape, crystal-clear Aegean waters and 7 km of golden sandy beaches. Built around picturesque Sani Marina, with its shops, galleries, restaurants, tavernas and bars, it offers a variety of sports and entertainment facilities and is haven for all tastes. There is a bus station just a few metres from the resort and Nea Moudania is about 25 km away.

The suites interior design is minimal, tasteful and bright intended to reflect the natural beauty of the marine environment that surrounds the hotel. The suites are all different with local marble-stone bathrooms, jacuzzi baths and power showers. The bedrooms have fresh linen sheets, Italian furnishings, custom-made beds with hand-made wrought iron bed heads, Dr. Hauschka beauty products, satellite TV, DVD and CD player. Each of the 50 suites has its own private landscaped terrace or garden with Rausch furniture - facing directly on to either the marina or the ocean. Suites: The beach is literally at your footstep when in these suites. The suites consist of a sitting area, a separate bedroom and a private garden of 80 - 100m2. The bathroom has a separate shower area and Jacuzzi. Green and Ivory marble was used to cover the bathroom. These suites size ranges from 60 to 65m2.
