This popular apartment building is situated in the center Madrid, right by plaza Santa Ana. The property consists of 28 non-smoking units. It´s geared toward families with children and groups of friends. Pets are allowed on the premises. Most of the apartments are located on upper floors but there are some on the ground floor. The elevator starts running between floors.

The closest metro stations are Sol and Anton Martin. The check in office is located in apartment E on the ground floor of the building (¨Bajo E¨in Spanish, buzzer: ¨APARTAMENTOS¨). There´s a public parking nearby, in Plaza Santa Ana: entry only via calle Principe. Please ALWAYS advise your arrival time especially if it´s after 9 PM. We do not have a 24 hour reception. Office hours Monday - Sunday: 10am - 6pm. Arrivals between 9 pm and midnight are subject to an extra 20€ fee. After midnight: on request only.
