This complex is quite tranquil, despite being situated in the centre of Playa del Inglés. In the reception guests will find a safe, currency exchange facilities and services to book excursions and attractions, as well car, bicycle and motorbike hire. In addition, the complex offers Internet access (fees apply), a laundry service, a play area and a car park. There is a security guard on duty at night.

All the bungalows come with two bedrooms and a sofa bed, as well as a kitchen with an oven, fridge, a microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. They also offer a bathroom with a bathtub, and a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, Internet access, an iron and ironing board, a room safe and a private garden and terrace.

The complex has five swimming pools, including two for children. There is a poolside snack bar, sun loungers and parasols and a sun terrace.
