Snowball Chalet Madarao is located in the heart of the Japanese Alps in Madarao in the Nagano Region, just a 100-minute train ride from Tokyo. Free WiFi access is available throughout the entire property. The ski slope is only a flat 100 metre stroll from the property. The property features a lounge with a fireplace and comfortable couches, in addition to a Japanese-style bath and a games room. Each room comes with a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Some units have a seating area to relax in after a busy day. For your comfort, you will find bathrobes, slippers and free toiletries. A restaurant/bar is situated beside the property. A free breakfast and complimentary welcome drink is offered to all staying guests. The property staff also runs mountain tours and introduces key ski and board locations in the area. There are 6 ski resorts within a 30-minute drive from the accommodation and guided tours are offered to explore the area such as the Jigokudani Snow Monkey Park.
