Awarded 1st place in the Independent's '50 Best B&B's', the 4-star, Silver-rated Guesthouse East is a stylish, period property with many original features and boutique-style suites. It is just 50 metres from the seafront and a short walk from the town centre. There are seven individually-styled rooms, each designed to the highest standards with spacious bedrooms and en suite bathrooms – and six of these suites also have their own kitchen. Guests can enjoy free WiFi available throughout, a flat-screen TV with DVD player, fluffy towels, toiletries, hairdryers, complimentary teas, coffees and sweets. At an additional cost, guests can enjoy a home-cooked breakfast with free-range eggs and locally-sourced ingredients. Lighter options such as porridge or continental breakfast are also available. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the dining room, or in the privacy of your bedroom. Guesthouse East is ideal for sightseeing in Eastbourne, or for simply relaxing.
