Situated in both the main building and the neighbouring annexe, the rooms at The Rothesay are elegant in design, with traditional furnishings. Each comes with a flat-screen TV with Freeview channels and tea/coffee making facilities. Some rooms have a four-poster bed. Guests can enjoy free parking in the large private car park. There is a heated indoor swimming pool, and The Rothesay also has a relaxing patio, decked courtyard and gardens. Breakfast is served between 08:00 and 09:00 each weekday morning. On weekend mornings, breakfast is served between 08:30 and 09:30. The modern dining room overlooks the garden, where you can often see squirrels playing and even coming up to the windows.
