Here, we offer not only luxurious amenities, but 7400 square feet of event space.When staying at the Tides Hotel, you can enjoy the close proximity to the Melbourne Airport and local businesses such as Northrop Grumman and Harris Corporations; as well as many attractions for the entire family, such as the Maxwell C. King Center for the Performing Arts, The Brevard Zoo, Andretti Thrill Park, and The Kennedy Space Center. Also surrounding is championship golf in the area, especially Viera East, located 20 minutes north of our hotel. Here in Melbourne Florida, we know how to mix business with pleasure! Besides having many activities in Melbourne, Cocoa Beach is only 20 miles north and provides quality entertainment for the young and old alike, and of course the beaches! As for the facts, The Tides Hotel has 129 rooms, all brand new, as you would expect from a quality company such as ours. We also offer rooms equipped with plasma screen televisions for your viewing pleasure. Our rooms have either two queen size beds or one king size bed, and all rooms have our new deep sleep Luxury thick mattresses and Touch of Down pillows. Our guests can also enjoy a free breakfast, indulge in our lavish bed and bath amenities, and relax in our large heated pool. ***We will be adding a restaurant and lounge by the end of 2008. Room service will be added to our amenities at that time. We have one floor of smoking rooms. Half the hotel is waterview, and the other half is city view. We are five minutes from the beach. Many restaurants are nearby, and the Melboune Airport is 1.6 miles west of the hotel.***
