This very nice villa "Casa Mimajaf" was built in 2001 and is situated in a quiet, sunny, elevated position in the residential district, 4.5 km from the sea. The five-room villa has a large living/dining room with Swedish stove, satellite-TV (flat screen TV), stereo unit and direct exit to the garden, to the terrace where you can relax using terrace furnitures, deck chairs (a portable barbeque is to your disposal). The house has three bedrooms, the first is double with a bath, shower, toilet, double hand-basin and fan, it is also possible to get straight away to the garden from there, where the swimming pool is. The open kitchen is equipped in an oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer and electric coffee machine. On the upper floor is the living room, with one sofa bed and satellite-TV and exit to the terrace. In a second bedroom you will have a french bed and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is also a kitchenette with 2 hotplates and additional bathroom with a toilet. You can enjoy yourself using a sauna, fitness room or relaxation room. From the house you will have a nice view of the sea and the countryside. There is also a washing machine, children's highchair and a cot for up to 3 year old. This house has an access to the wireless internet and reserved parking for two cars. The fenced garden of 1'000 m2 is well kept - with a lawn and plants, swimming pool (5 x 10 m, 01.01.-31.12.) has built-in steps. You can feel free to use an outside shower. The nearest supermarket is situated 1.5 km. from the property, the restaurant 1 km, sandy beach "Arenla" 4.5 km.
