The local beach can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, whilst sights such as El Rincon Beach (15 minutes by public transport), Samana (45 minutes by public transport), Los Haitises National Park (1 hour by public transport) and Limon Waterfall (1 hour by public transport) are all nearby.
