The lobby and public areas are both very warm and welcoming. The ancient oak beams complement the rich fabrics and warm hues. There are real fires and deep armchairs giving a very homely feel.

Each of the 24 bedrooms has been individually designed and furnished to keep the traditional style of the hotel. The rooms are bright and very well kept with all the facilities one would expect from a decent hotel.
The George restaurant is more traditional in style and open daily offering breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers a daily table d'hote and a la carte menu for you to select from.
