This hotel complex is situated in the newest part of Bansko ski resort, 8 minutes' walk from the first station of the gondola. Bansko old town is just 2 km from the complex and a variety of restaurant, bars, nightspots and shopping venues are within easy walking distance. Pirin Park is just 2 km from the hotel, as is the bus station.

The hotel offers fully furnished apartments with great views of the neighbouring Rila and Pirin mountains. The hotel opened in 2008 and it offers 61 apartments with one and two bedrooms and studios.
