This small luxury hotel is situated in the centre of the Borovets ski resort, 20 m from the slopes. The hotel is quiet, cosy and peaceful, but at the same time nightlife is in full swing in the immediate vicinity, with the resort's biggest entertainment, sports and bars being located within a diameter of 50 m. Sofia Airport is roughly 60 km away and Plovdiv Airport is approximately 120 km from the hotel.

The ski hotel offers five rooms, one suite and two studios with terraces and superb panoramic views of the mountain. The hotel also offers a holiday village with six one-storey villas and two two-storey villas. Guests are welcomed in the lobby, which offers a 24-hour check-out service, as well as a hotel safe, a cloakroom, lift access to upper floors and a TV lounge. Guests can enjoy a drink at the café and pub, and dine in the restaurant. Further amenities include Internet access (fees apply), room service (fees apply), a laundry service (extra charge) and an ironing service, all of which are available for guests' convenience. There is also a car park for those arriving by car. Guests are welcome to take up the hotel's offer of bicycle hire (extra charge).

The villas are very cosy and pleasant, meaning that guests can fully relax amidst fresh mountain air. The one-floor villa has two separate rooms and four beds, while the two-floor villa has three rooms and five beds. All of the accommodation units come en suite with a shower, a bath and a hairdryer. Guests can look forward to a good night' rest on their double or king-size bed. Additional standard features of all accommodation units include a telephone, satellite TV, a DVD player, Internet access as well as a safe, a minibar and a fridge. Central heating and either a balcony or terrace are also provided.
