It is some 10 minutes' drive from the harbour to the hotel, which is a short walk from the bus station near the town centre. The airport is roughly 4.8 km from the hotel.

This modern hotel is situated in the heart of St. Helier. All of the hotel's 85 rooms have been recently refurbished and are well equipped with modern facilities. A café, restaurant and room service also feature. Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car.

All the bedrooms include an en suite bathroom, TV, direct dial telephone and tea and coffee making facilities. Further features include heating units, as well as a hairdryer and trouser press.

From the airport: take the road to the left onto the B36 then turn right onto the A12. At the filter road (bottom of A12) turn left onto the A1. Elizabeth Castle and the harbour is a 15-minute drive away. Drive through the Jersey Tunnel after the castle, waterfront and harbour. Head down Green Street (B79) on the left after getting out of the tunnel. Turn right down Colomberie and then left onto St. James Street. The hotel is on the right-hand-side of St. Saviour's Road. The hotel car park is at the back of the hotel. Pass the front of the hotel and take the first turning to the right up Pleasent Street.

The hotel would like guests to show the key card they will be given on arrival to collect their key.
