The reception/check-in hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 12:30 am and from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm Saturdays 8:00 am to 12:00 am and 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, closed on Sundays and bank holidays. After making their reservation, guests planning to arrive outside of these hours must contact the residence directly no later than 1 day prior to arrival in order to arrange for alternative check-in procedures.
