Each apartment has a south-facing balcony or terrace and offers free WiFi. Decorated in different colours, the spacious apartments include bright wooden furniture and floors, pictures painted by the owner, a flat-screen cable TV that also offers Arabic and many international channels, a kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom. On request, fresh bread rolls can be delivered every morning, while a fondue set can be rented. The garden includes a barbecue area available also during the winter season as well as a patio with a terrace and a children´s playground. Guests of Casamarai Appartement can use a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer and a bicycle garage with washing facilities. A gift shop offering homemade souvenirs is on site. Guests of Appartement Casamarai receive a 10% discount on ski rental and bike rental. Discounted ski passes for children and teenagers are available. Children up to 5 years of age receive the Montelino Ski Pass free of charge throughout the winter season. From 19 March 2018 until the end of the ski season, children up to 15 years receive a free ski pass if at least one accompanying adult buys a ski pass for 4 days or more.
