The apartments are located in the pedestrianised centre of Los Cristianos just 15 m from the nearest beach. The small, friendly apartment complex comprises 12 apartments spread over 5 floors. Facilities include a reception with a safe, a currency exchange facility and a lift as well as a laundrette.

The comfortable, spacious apartments each come with a bathroom, a kitchen with a small fridge, an oven, a microwave and tea and coffee making facilities, a combined lounge/ bedroom with satellite TV (fees apply), a hire safe, a separate bedroom and a balcony or terrace.
