This attractive, hotel is centrally located directly La Mar Menuda beach, approximately only 200 m from the commercial area. Various nightclubs can be reached within minutes being located just 100 m from the hotel. Public transport connections are just 500 metres away.

Built in 1960 and renovated in 2003, the fabulous 7-floor hotel has a total of 166 rooms of which 18 are singles and 148 are doubles. It offers guests a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk and a lift. A cafe, a newspaper stand, a nightclub, a conference room, a TV room and an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking are (children's highchairs available on request) and a public Internet terminal are to be found within the hotel.
