The spacious apartments each come with individually controlled air conditioning (hot and cold), a satellite TV with a remote control and a balcony or terrace, most of which overlook the hotel pool. The terraces can seat 3 to 4 persons, providing a lovely place to enjoy the view and peacefulness of the area. The kitchen is directly connected to the living room and fully equipped with electric cooking rings, a fridge, a toaster, a kettle, coffee and tea making facilities and an assortment of appliances. In the wall cupboards are a nice dinner set, kitchenware for 4 persons and an assortment of cups and glasses. The hotel is situatd in a quiet residential area, yet also in a central location in the resort of Marmaris, only 400m from Marmaris Beach and 5 km from Icmeler Beach. The city centre, bazaar area shopping centre, Marmaris castle and the marina are only 1.5 km away. There is a bank and an exchange office 1km away, as well as the Marmaris cinema. Dalaman airport is approximately 1.5 hours away by car.
