This apartment complex is located near to the centre of the leisure district of Playa de las Americas, only 400m from the beach and 100m from the bus station. Tenerife South Airport is only around 18km away.

Renovated in 2002, this complex comprises a total of 130 apartments spread over 7 floors. It features a lobby with a 24-hour reception, bar-cafe, TV room, laundry service (fees apply) and car park spaces. In summer and high season, due to the hotel's proximity to nightspots (bars, pubs, discos, etc.), the complex is recommended for young guests and not for families.

During high season the complex will charge a deposit of around 30 Euros per person at check-in. This deposit will be returned at check-out once the client's apartment has been checked for damages. The complex reserves the right to not return this deposit if clients continually cause noise and disturbance to other guests. There may be many young clients staying at this complex during the high season and therefore older clients as well as families may not feel comfortable here. An additional deposit of around 20 Euros is payable before the telephone line is opened. These deposit charges may change at the discretion of the complex.
