The hotel was constructed with 100% consideration of nature and environmental issues. The hotel has the mission to be an example in ecological tourism. The hotel was opened with the main objective to make its guests feel comfortable and welcome in a familiar atmosphere. A lovely selected choice of decoration elements creates a perfect atmosphere. The 36 rooms are designed with a perfect blend of a rustic and modern style to provide guests with the best in comfort. Facilities on offer to guests include a 24-hour reception, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom, bar, restaurant and WLAN Internet access. For additional fees guests may make use of the room and laundry services.

The rooms are, from the bathroom to the balcony, fully equipped with nice details which make guests feel like they are at home. In contrast to the structured and large white walls, dark wood furniture creates a cosy atmosphere. The rooms are decorated very colourfully but in a very discreet way. They are an oasis of relaxation with a great view of Arenal Volcano and the tropical evergreen forest. The property was built based on environmental standards, yet the rooms are equipped with individually regulated air conditioning to meet guests' temperature requirements. They are also equipped with a coffee machine and a supply of organic coffee from Costa Rica. The en suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower and the rooms also feature a double bed, satellite/cable TV, radio and a fridge.
