The residence (54 apartments) has direct access to the mall. It consists of one 5-storey building with 2 lifts. This ski hotel has a car park and guests can also leave their vehicle in the garage (fees apply).

The studios for 4 and the 2-room apartments for 5 persons are all fitted out with fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, oven, dishwasher, and tea and coffee making facilities), an en suite bathroom, separate toilet, TV (a surcharge applies), fee-paying wireless Internet access and an Ethernet cable. There is also a direct dial telephone and a balcony.

By car: A430 motorway to Albertville, then take direction Moûtiers, exit no. 40 at Moûtiers and follow Saint Martin de Belleville Les Menuires.

Deposit (2 separate payments: apartment plus cleaning) to be paid on the premises. Bed linen included. Services to be paid for on the premises include TV rental (already set up in the apartments), baby equipment rental, pets are admitted and end of stay cleaning on request.
