The apartments are situated on the main pedestrian shopping street, directly opposite Fenwicks department store, and in one of Newcastle's most thriving areas. Northumberland Street boasts an excellent selection of stylish shops, clubs, bars and restaurants. Guests will find the bus and railway stations within a 5-minute walk and the Millennium Bridge is around 15 minutes away on foot. It is some 13 km to Newcastle Airport.

This city apartment hotel was established in 2006, and is ideal for guests who like that special feeling of having their own home when away on business or travelling for leisure. These apartments offer an upmarket hotel feel with the added flexibility and freedom of having one's own space. There are a total of 20 apartments spread over 5 floors. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby area and WLAN/Internet access.

The reception is manned from 7 am - 11 pm. Guests should collect their keys from reception on checking in. Those arriving after 8 pm must inform the complex in advance. Stag and Hen parties/Groups by prior arrangement only. A security bond or credit card preauthorization may be required on arrival.

The apartments are large in size with modern facilities including plasma televisions, power showers and full facilities for self-catering. The rooms are of a very good standard and are brand new in 2007.

No onsite dining facilities but location means that eating out is easy with some of the cities best restaurants close by.

Upon entering the building you will need to walk up to the first floor where the reception desk is situated, this area is small in size.
