The villa has a royal garden with more terraces. where old chestnut trees gives wonder shade during the summer.The apartment is situated in Saint-Nectaire. a picturesque town in the mountains of the Massif du Sancy in the Auvergne. 30 km south of Clermont-Ferrand. Saint-Nectaire has among other things a beautiful Roman church from the 12th century. the thermals. the old Roman baths. Parc Aventure and the Caves the Cornadore. Then there is Saint Nectaire. which is an ideal base for beautiful hikes through the (mountain) landschap. lovely/sports cycling routes and splendid motor trips. In the direct surrounding. there are many lakes to swim and sunbathe at some of these lakes there are canoes or boats for hire. For golf lovers there are 4 golf courses (9 and 18 holes).
