This apartment complex enjoys an excellent location on the coast, just 50 m from a beautiful sandy beach. It's a minute walk to the fishing village of Arguineguin, as well as links to the public transport network. Puerto Rico may be reached by car within 5 minutes and the airport is 30 minutes drive away. This complex offers tasteful, spacious apartments with a combined lounge/ bedroom, a bathroom as well as a separate bedroom. The balcony offers view over the sea or the gardens. Facilities include the Sunset Grill Restaurant and a bar. There is also a car park for those arriving by car.
