The main part of the hamlet was built in the Middle Ages. There are 250 hectares of land around the hamlet and 80 km of walking paths. Tenuta di Capocontro produces wine and olive oil. It is the perfect place to enjoy the Tuscan landscape. You can also relax by the swimming pool. Five houses. IT-52040-13 and IT-52040-14. have been converted into guest accommodations. Each house has a private terrace. The swimming pool is for shared use. The houses are furnished in a rustic Tuscan style. You can enjoy interesting day trips to Perugia. Cortona. Florence. Siena.
