Haus Schabus is located in Tröpolach, only 400 metres from the next ski lift and the ski lopes of the Nassfeld ski area. The ski bus stop is directly in front of the house and free private parking is provided on site. The spacious apartments all offer a balcony and a terrace. All units are furnished in alpine style and are equipped with flat-screen TV, kitchen or kitchenette, shower and toilet. Upon request and at surcharge, bread roll delivery is possible on Sundays. During summer guests can make use of the barbecue area in the garden and the children's playground. Other facilities include a ski storage room with ski boot dryer and table tennis. A number of hiking and cycling paths start directly at Haus Schabus. A cross-country skiing track starts just 200 metres away. Various supermarkets and restaurants can be found in the surrounding area. The Lake Pressegger is 14 km from the property, Lake Weissensee 30 km.
