A ski bus stop is right outside. The bright, non-smoking rooms feature a balcony, cable TV, a refrigerator, and a bathroom with hairdryer. They offer views of the Schmittenhöhe Mountain or the lake. A playground and a farmhouse are available for children. WiFi access is available free of charge. A selection of snacks is available, and a dish of the day is prepared in the evening on request. From December 2016 on Hotel Martha offers an a lá carte restaurant to guests. The centre of Zell am See is about a 15-minute walk away. It can be reached in only 2 minutes by car or public bus.
