This bungalow complex is located in a 110,000 m garden, in a particularly scenic landscape. The premises are on a slight incline towards the south, to Migjorn Beach. Each bungalow is just a few minutes from the beach (between 100 to 400 m). With a regular bus service (a bus stop is located on site) guests will easily reach the surrounding towns of San Fernando, San Francisco and Es Pujols. An abundance of shops and entertainment venues are located in the vicinity, around 300 m away.

Built in Mediterranean style, the grounds of the 325 bungalows, mostly just a ground floor or with one storey, are dominated by old pine trees. The facilities include, in the central building, a lobby, a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, lifts and a currency exchange desk. Additional facilities include a boutique, a supermarket, a TV lounge, an auditorium, a cafe and a total of 2 air-conditioned restaurants (a la carte and buffet). The complex also features a playground for younger guests. In addition, there is Internet access and bicycle rental available to hotel guests.
