The complex consists of 4 buildings standing right on the waterfront by the wind surfing school, which rents out all the equipment that might be required. The premises have their own fitness centre and an outdoor swimming pool. Guests can relax in the cocktail lounge after a dip and then eat a healthy meal in the indoor or outdoor restaurant facilities, which serve both traditional Greek cuisine and international dishes (special diet meals on request).
