This eco-hotel features 47 rooms. A foyer awaits guests with a reception desk, safes, a currency exchange desk, a newspaper kiosk, a souvenir shop and lifts. Various facilities are also on offer including a TV room, a games room and a nightclub. Dining options include a cafe, a bar and a restaurant. Further facilities include a boat transfer as well as a shuttle service from or to the airport. Room, laundry and medical services are also offered.

The hotel package includes transport from any hotel in San Jose centre to the hotel and the return to San Jose. The pick up time from the hotel in San Jose is 6 am so it is recommended that guests reserve one night before in San Jose. Guests must pay the accommodation cost in the hotel chosen in San Jose, as it is not included in the rates of this package. Guests should inform us of their flight number, and the time when arriving at Juan Santamaria International Airport, as well as the date and time of their return flight.
