The ski residence in built in Pyrenean style and is made up of a group of 10 smaller buildings with a maximum of 3 storeys. There is a communal lounge with an open fire, a lobby to welcome guests and a children's playground. Further conveniences include Internet access and garages for parking (both for a fee), and a car park is also available. The residence is suitable for guests with mobility access requirements.

The double apartments each have a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, dishwasher, electric hob (2 or 4 rings) and a coffee maker. Apartments are furnished with double beds and a TV. Each also has an en suite bathroom or shower room, and a balcony or terrace.
