This residence is located 500 m from the resort centre, the ski lifts and the ESF ski school. It is a traditional family resort located on the site of the Vanoise Express cable car linking La Plagne to Les Arcs. Both villages offer modern facilities while keeping their original features.

This ski hotel comprises 3 recently built residences (4 to 6 storeys, with lifts) divided into 62 fully equipped studios and apartments. Guests can relax in the communal lounge with its open fire. Facilities on offer to guests include Internet access (charges apply) and covered garage parking (for an additional fee). The accommodation is disability-friendly.

The apartments and studios all come with a private bathroom with a shower. They are equipped with a direct dial telephone, a TV and a kitchenette with a microwave, a dishwasher, a ceramic hob (4 plates) and a coffee-maker. Most apartments also feature a balcony.
