It is open 24 hours and is within walking distance of Passeig de Gracia metro. At check-in, there will be a security deposit charge by credit card pre-authorization which will be automatically cancelled after verifying the apartment's condition.Cleaning service is not included in the price. All apartments are very new and completely furnished and can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartments have 2 bedrooms with double bed each, fully equipped kitchen, complete bathroom, living room with a wide sofa bed. All apartments have a minimum of 2 balconies facing the street, are completely furnished, have a TV and electrical heating.

The Apartments are privileged by an excellent location. The area is well served by public transport.
