Just a 2-minute walk from the Bourget Lake, in the quiet Petit Port district, this aparthotel is ideally located for guests to enjoy an environment between the lake and mountains. Restaurants and links to the public transport network can be found on the hotel's doorstep, and Aix Les Bains, with its bars, nightlife, shops, train station and thermal baths, is approximately half an hour's walk away. Le Revard ski area is around a 30-minute drive from the hotel and GVA and LYS are 75 km and 90 km away, respectively.

This brand new residence is decorated in a modern style and is well-equipped to offer optimum comfort. Facilities available to guests in the 62-room aparthotel include a lobby with lift access, a breakfast room, WLAN Internet access and a car park and garage (fees apply to both).

The studios offer a bedroom with bunk beds and a lounge with a pull-out bed or a sofa bed. The apartments offer a bedroom with a king-size bed and a lounge with pull-out bed or sofa bed. From the highway, follow signs to the town centre. Then look for signs to the lake and then the harbour. The first street on the left is Avenue du Petit Port.

The hotel reception is open every day from 8 am to 12 pm and from 5 pm until 8 pm. Check-in is from 5 pm to 8 pm. In case of late arrival, please contact the residence. City tax is payable directly at the hotel.
