It features a fenced park and a shared swimming pool (16 x 8 m, 04.06.-30.09.), outside shower, garden furniture and barbecue facilities. The country estate comprises several farmhouses and a manor house which the owners occupy. The farmhouses are completely separate and have extensive private outdoor areas and are equipped with barbeque and garden furniture. Furthermore, the swimming pool is available to guests for shared use, it is heated by solar panels and is open all year round. The owner has erected an open air museum in the communal park with his own sculptures. There is also a large communal room available to guests which is suitable for courses or dinners. Dinner and excursions can be arranged on request. There's also a second partial covered heated swimming pool (measures 3x9). The property is a 6-room villa 200 m2 on 2 levels. It has a living room with 1 double sofa bed and exit to the garden; 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm); dining room with dining table, kitchen corner and exit to the loggia; 2 double bedrooms, each room with shower/bidet/WC; kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, freezer); shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor (spiral staircase): 1 double bedroom; large patio partly covered, garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue facilities and sitting area. Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. The complex also has a breakfast room, washing machine (for shared use). Half-board is possible. Parking in the grounds. Surroundings: shop 1 km, restaurant 1 km, sandy beach 19 km. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The owner lives in the same grounds.
