Arrivals and departures must imperatively be at specified times. Room keys must be retrieved after 5pm the day of arrival (Saturday in most cases). The day of departure (Saturday in most cases) the keys must be returned before 10am. If as a result of a major impediment they could not arrive in time, it is essential to notify the reception desk in the residence.
