This attractive apartment complex is located in a housing estate just 500 m from the pretty local bay as well as 1.5 km from the beaches of La Mata. Links to the public transport system can be reached within 200 m from the hotel, which offer access to various other towns such as La Mata and Torrevieja. In the summer, the bus comes every 15 minutes (from May until September); in the winter, every 30 minutes. In the immediate vicinity are a diverse range of shopping facilities, numerous restaurants, cafes, bars, cafés, shops, petrol stations, pharmacies, a viewing platform and extensive entertainment venues. A tourist information office, which informs guests about many attractions, is also close to the hotel. The nearest international airports are around 33 km and 39 km away, and are both easily reached by car.
The complex comprises 25 terraced houses, 44 of which are apartments. Facilities on offer include a foyer with a reception desk, which is only open at certain times of the day.
