This is a very modern, purpose built, 21st century hotel.

The lobby is large and modern with marble and granite floor, a wood and marble reception desk and very modern furniture. The piped music is trendy chill out music as opposed to the typical hotel style music and the lobby leads to a terrace bar which has modern lighting, and modern blue and red furniture with a terrace.

This hotel lies at the heart of the airport business district, within 2 km of Brussels airport. The main roads as well as various motorways may easily be accessed and the NATO headquarters are around 2 km away whilst it is some 10 minutes drive to Brussel's Grand Place. The railway station is 1 km away.

The hotel comprises a total of 234 rooms. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe and a lift in addition to 9 conference rooms (capacity of up to 350 persons) offering the ideal venue for conferences, business meetings, congresses and banquets.
