This apartment complex is centrally located in the midst of a 6,000m well-tended garden, on a quiet side street. A small, pretty bathing bay is only 50 m away and it takes about 10 minutes to reach Playa Grande main beach. Countless shops, restaurants and bars are located in the immediate vicinity. Public transport departs from stops located directly in front of the hotel.

The attractive apartment complex consists of 145 apartments in total.
