The historical hotel comprises 8 floors with a total of 99 rooms, with 30 deluxe rooms, 13 suites, 51 junior suites, 2 diplomatic suites and one presidential suite. It was built in 1930 for the Agnelli Family and renovated in 2006. From the building's high tower, guests have a breathtaking view of the city and the mountains. Further amenities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom, a safe and a lift, as well as cafés, the American bar ""Il Salotto dei Principi"", the restaurant ""Casa Savoia"" - which is also open to visitors - and the large breakfast room ""L'Angolo Sabaudo"". Currently there are 3 conference rooms, which are due to be expanded to 7. WLAN Internet access, room and laundry services are available, and there is a car park and garage for those arriving at the hotel by car.
