The hotel is situated on Playa Tamarindo, just around 25 m from the white sandy beach. Guests can use a path over the bridge to the estuary directly opposite the hotel. The centre of Tamarindo is around 800 m away. There are also a variety of restaurants, bars and shopping venues as well as nightlife close to the hotel. It is worth taking a trip into Costa Rica's capital San Jose, which is around 300 km away. The journey there takes about 5 hours by car, or 45 minutes by plane.
