The 49 courtyard suites are approximately 58 m² in size, whilst the 37 palm courtyard suites are 68 m² with a veranda overlooking the courtyards or greenery. Suites also include an entrance hall, living room, dressing room and bathroom. Facilities include 2 TVs, a Bose stereo system, WLAN Internet access, minibar, 4 digital electronic safes and 24-hour room service. Tea and coffee making facilities are also provided, whilst there is 1 king-size and 2 queen-size beds.

This hotel is located at the heart of Singapore's shopping and commercial district. Across the street is Chijmes - a former nunnery which has been restored and converted into a national heritage site. It now houses art galleries, restaurants and pubs. The shopping paradise that is Raffles City is also in the direct vicinity of the hotel. Within a 10-minute walk, guests will find Suntec Exhibition Centre, the Esplanade Theatre on the beach, Merlion Park, the history museum, the art museum and the Arab street, Bugis Village, where guests can practise their bargaining skills and pick up local souvenirs. The nearest underground station, City Hall, is about 6 minutes away. From here it is another 3 minutes to get to Orchard Road. Changi airport is about 20 minutes away.
