This family-friendly city hotel is situated in an old brick building with an elevator at 14 Rajska Street, in Bratislava's city centre, near a supermarket and numerous shops, restaurants, bars, pubs and clubs. Guests will also find links to the public transport network and the historic city centre, with all the interesting tourist spots, such as the main square, castle and opera house, all in the hotel's immediate vicinity. The bus station is 650 m from the business hotel and the train station is around 1 km away. M. R. Štefánika Airport is around 7 km from the apartment hotel and Vienna's Schwechat International Airport is roughly 60 km away.

The hotel's concept was incorporated with the objective of offering quality apartment accommodation in the centre of Bratislava for stays ranging from one day to one year. It offers 8 elegantly arranged apartments and all essential and fundamental services whether guests are staying on a business trip or relaxing with their partner or with family.
