The new residence will more than satisfy those seeking a real countryside break combined with comfortable accommodation. It offers a blend of contemporary style and traditional Burgundian architecture, with 70 apartments in a 3-storey building with lift access. It has a lobby and breakfast room. Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car.

Each apartment comes with 2 or 3 rooms with double beds as well as either a balcony or terrace. Each comes with a living room with sofa bed, satellite TV, washing machine, fully-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, cooker hood, fridge, microwave, electric coffee maker, dishwasher), and of course a bathroom with bath and separate toilet.

The guests have the option of relaxing in the indoor heated pool or recharging the batteries in the sauna or with a game of tennis. The nearest golf course is just a short walk away in Levernois.

Guests can prepare their own breakfast in the apartment, or take advantage of the breakfast buffet in the breakfast room.

From the motorway, take 24.1 for Hospice de Beaune. Then head towards Dôle and Lons le Saulnier. In Lervernois village take Combertault road.

The reception opening hours are from Monday to Saturday from 8 am until midday and from 2 pm to 8 pm. Sunday and public holidays from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm. When the reception is closed the guests have an access code to enter the residence.
