Built in 1992.They are modern, comfortably furnished with a small kitchen, fridge, two-burner stove, living-room and WC on the ground floor and full bath and bedrooms on the upper floor. All the maisonettes have piped-in music, telephone, a safe, air-conditioning (only July / August ) and balconies. The complex also has a separate reception area and TV room.
